Welcome To SwallowTail WoodWorks!
Dory and Kate build Shaker oval boxes, jewelery boxes, lapdesks, and other Shaker wooden treasures. Our goal - "It's not done until it feels as beautiful as it looks." We use Vermont hardwoods from small local mills, and finish our pieces in walnut oil and bee's wax. We also build small sailboats.
